I have to admit, I'm surprised. I didn't think that she'd sign it. Seeing an ultrasound is a stark reminder that the unborn baby is a human being. Hopefully, it will cause many women considering an abortion (at least in Kansas) to reconsider.Gov. The bill amends a state law requiring doctors to obtain a patient's informed consent before performing an abortion.

She signed it only because the World is Watching!!
And, because the measure merely regulates
abortion because it says if a woman views
an ultrasound, then she can kill the baby!
Of course she signed it. She knows it won't be enforced. It'll have all the impact of a strongly-worded letter to the editor on how abortion is actually practiced.
The Tiller jury established THAT pretty firmly.
