There, Clinton is slated to receive the national abortion business' highest honor, the Margaret Sanger award.
The award, named after the Planned Parenthood founder who some say held racist views against African Americans, honors Clinton for her advocacy of "women's health and rights throughout her public service career." Pretty ironic that she speaks of "women's health", considering the great damage that abortion does to women.
America Ferrera, an actress known for her work in "Ugly Betty," will co-host the event with Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards.
The gala will be held in Houston’s George R. Brown Convention Center.
In an email to LifeNews.com about the event, Texas Right to Life said the awards dinner comes at a time when Planned Parenthood is in the middle of constructing the nation's largest abortion facility, a multi-story building in Houston.
