With all of their problems being exploited in the media, I guess it was only a matter of time. I don't put a lot of faith in the tabloids that are covering this situation, but it was also discussed on Catholic Connection this morning, and Teresa Tomeo reported that they have filed for divorce.
My first concern is for the kids. I hope that this divorce is handled in a way that protects their well-being as much as possible. My next concern is that the anti-family media will use this sad situation to portray families in general in a negative way.

Not only is the twosome tussling over their bank account, according to sources close to the couple, both of them have also consulted high-powered lawyers behind each other’s backs.
“Jon said their goal is to be legally separated by July 15 because Kate wants to move on quickly,” an insider told The ENQUIRER.
“Jon is going to push for half of their money, but Kate is determined to hang on to as much as she can — and they’re worth more than you think.”

I hope that the kids are not going to be exploited by the media. I wish that Kate and Jon could work out their problems and stay together for the sake of the children.
It was only a short time ago they renewed their vows and it seemed they were sincere. Tragic x 8.
When I watched the show I really enjoyed, but one misses any reference to GOD in the series.
A family must pray together to stay together, I doesnt matter how much money do you have...
I pray Our Lord and Savior that these decision doesnt affect other couples who think that the easy way out Its the best way to solve an issue.
