What a horrifying statistic.A new report by the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute, entitled "Abortion Worldwide: A Decade of Uneven Progress," shows that over a billion abortions have been committed since 1970.
The report says that the annual number of abortions have declined over the period from 1995 to 2003. Nevertheless, in 2003 approximately 41.6 million abortions were committed worldwide.
